Guided Meditation & Visualisation Classes

Yasemin runs weekly guided meditation, visualization and affirmation classes.
These classes are based on her experience as a therapist, NLP Master and Reiki practitioner as well as on her healing practice.
Her classes are not dogmatic and invites individuals from all backgrounds.
The aims of her regular classes are to enable people to manage stress more efficiently, to achieve a state of relaxation and to encourage self-healing and wellbeing.
Classes or groups are run every Wednesday from 8.15 pm -9.15 pm at Back2Balance Physio and Pilates clinic.
Mats are available at the studio but we suggest to bring along blankets and to wear loose fitting clothing in order to achieve maximum comfort and results.
Each session lasts an hour and fifteen minutes and we would like to ask for an contribution of just £10.00
In a society such as ours where we are constantly on the go and things are forever evolving at a really fast pace it is important to take time out and take steps toward our wellbeing, find ways to put our mind, body and soul back into balance and find our centre in order to function properly, be more efficient and productive but more importantly to lead a healthy, happy and peaceful life. Guided meditation and visualization to trigger our body's ability to heal itself is one of the best ways to start. It's accessible, inexpensive and it doesn't require much time, aside from that it is an effective way to find peace of mind and calm in our busy city lives.
